The Senior Security Professional protects the organization's employees, properties, and all items of value on premises from any preventable harm or danger. The Senior Security Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Company seeks a Safety and Security Professional to support our growing business operations. This professional identifies and evaluates safety and security deficiencies and vulnerabilities at Company facilities. Designs, coordinates, and implements technological and architectural solutions to protect company assets, including property, people, and information. Responsible for start-to-end project management, including budgeting, logistics, and execution.
Determines project scope and develops tailored security solutions.
Leads analysis of safety and security vulnerabilities and determines cost-effective countermeasures.
Facilitates multidisciplinary working groups to determine safety and security solutions and mitigate risks.
Conducts field testing and evaluates new and specialized safety and security best in class business practices for clinicians and health care.
Represents Company Safety and Security to the Health & Wellness business units and other Company departments, and collaborates with other professionals on projects.
5+ years of government/corporate/private experience safety and security prevention programs/strategies and value migration preferred.
Strong knowledge and understanding of business, financial terms and budgeting practices to support capital projects and operating cost reduction strategies.
Possesses minimum 5 years of experience in project management, design and/or maintaining physical security systems.
Knowledge of IT network infrastructure including basic hardware and network functionality.
Has proven leadership and project management skills.
Has strong written and oral communication skills.
Maintains a professional, pleasant demeanor in stressful situations and handles conflict well.
Has the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, pay close attention to detail, be well organized, and work successfully in a fast paced environment.
Continually works to solve problems and improve processes. Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Bachelor’s Degree minimum/MBA preferred.
