ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Creative Manager, your key focus is to develop the creative vision and strategy for Rubi. You will lead the creative vision from concept to creation and deliver cutting edge solutions to increase sales. Combining your experience, knowledge and drive, you will play a key part in contributing to the success and vision for Rubi, with a solid understanding for the distinction between creative expression and business objectives; you will take Rubi to the next level.
Applicants must have the following experience:
• A solid background in graphic design
• Exerience in developing and executing creative plans; inspiring the creative vision
• Managing and coordinating all creative shoots including planning and production from team, talent, location and final concepts
• Managing campaign budgets
• An understanding of market trends and opportunities both locally and internationally
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• You will impact campaigns and marketing communications via collaborations and partnerships across all channels
