A Company Retirement Plan Relationship Manger III will use their relationship building experience, retirement plan design knowledge, problem solving abilities and dynamic presentation skills to provide plan sponsors with proactive services for their existing and/or future retirement plans with Company National Bank. The RM III will be working with our clients and supporting our area sales consultant on client presentations. Successful candidates will develop multiple points of contact within the client company, including executive level relationships, be the client’s advocate within The Company, and partner with the client and internal associates to develop and implement a strategic servicing plan designed to meet their needs. In addition to working with plan sponsors, you will also have the ability to put your skills to work when conducting local enrollment/education meetings for participants that focus on the importance of saving for retirement at the client’s request. In the role, you are the face of Company National Bank to your clients. You will act as a liaison between your clients and the company, focusing on continuing to provide superior service, asset/account growth, and client retention.
