What will you be doing?
•US legal right to work collection, management of I-9 recertification’s, facilitation of weekly recons to ensure compliance.
•Standard and complex contract generation.
•Administer pre-employment screening for permanent employees inclusive of all business units across the Americas.
•Input, verify and maintain data in the Taleo & CARCO systems, ensuring data integrity
•Manage the new hire process from start to completion.
•Ensuring that all new hire paperwork, policy and procedures documents received prior to the new joiner starting employment.
•Responsible for reviewing all background check results and adhering to the Global Screening Policy.
•Coordinate transfer of Barclays employees from other countries into the Americas.
What we’re looking for:
•1+ years of administrative experience
•1+ years of Human Resources experience
Skills that will help you in the role:
•Knowledgeable of US/State employment law
•Microsoft Office proficiency
