Company's Houston office is looking for a Reprographics Specialist.
What You Will Do
Oversee office services/mail operations
Complete large numbers of reprographics requests for black/white and color photocopies
Operate production printers and copiers, including inputting job-processing settings and managing job queues
Operate finishing equipment (3-hole drills, bindery folder, etc.) according to job ticket instructions
Quality Assurance; check document quality before, during, and after each production job
Load copiers with paper and toner as needed
Troubleshoot basic equipment problems, placing service calls when needed
Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
Ensure proper job assessment and production estimation
Assist office staff by performing various clerical duties in an office
Stock clerical supplies for workers
Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
Collect and stamps outgoing mail
Assist with set-up and clean-up of onsite client meetings
Ability to work on narrowly defined assignments of limited scope and complexity
Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in facilities maintenance
Experience at a mid to large size company
Ability to be a team player
Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
Ability to step in to assist beyond general responsibilities
Ability to take initiative and be proactive vs. reactive
