The Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) Team has been developed to increase our coverage in the enterprise space, to divide and conquer, win and retain more customers, sell all our products, and extend our lead in enterprise cloud computing.
The role of the ECS Regional Sales Director is to ensure the success of the ECS team in France through the successful execution of hierarchies of these critical enterprise accounts. The ECS Regional Sales Director is fully responsible for developing and managing the ECS team to generate revenue and achieve individual team and organizational quotas. Contributes to Enterprise sales strategy; defines and implements plan for running continuous programs, generating incremental business as well as closing run rate business to achieve sales objectives. We are seeking a proven sales leader to help us grow our coverage across the Southern Europe customer base for the Enterprise segment.
Responsibilities
• Provide support and guidance to your direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required.
• You will be responsible for the development of your team which will include recruiting, hiring and training new ECS account executives on the Company sales process.
• Conducts weekly forecast meetings. Coaches direct reports re: strategies to drive closure.
• Reports on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management. Work closely with the sales leadership in France and be accountable to deliver a team commit per month per quarter.
• Execute on programs to drive pipeline build and Annual Contract Value.
• Consistently monitors the sales activity of the team, and track the results
Required skills
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• A proven, successful background in software sales management
• Proven record of success in a high volume transaction sales environment
• Solid understanding of the CRM space
• Excellent presentation and listening skills
• Mentoring and building a team of future account executives
