The Company Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.
The team provides customers with Company Home phone, local and long distance services, Company Internet, Company Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Company Fibe TV.
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for researching, sourcing, resume screening, phone interviewing and coordinating and scheduling meetings or next steps in the candidate pipeline process. They will create and maintain specific targeted candidate pipelines with a clear focus on sales roles. They will also submit qualified candidates to the business on a timely basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute sourcing strategies to build candidate flow and talent pipeline requirements for the Field Sales channel.
• Screen resumes and pre-qualify candidates initial phone interviews.
• Schedule interviews for hiring managers and manage the applicant communication process.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment.
• Completion of weekly responsibilities around candidate tracking.
• Ad hoc requests for the HR Specialist
Qualifications:
• Post secondary education in Human Resources (or equivalent)
• 2 years experience in recruitment in a fast paced service environment (screening resumes and interviewing skills)
• Working towards C.H.R.P. designation
• Proven ability to multi-task and keen sense of urgency
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet Applications
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
• Able to work independently and be resourceful
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset but not a requirement
