Summary
Responsible for the coordination of recruiting activities for the Recruitment department, providing a positive experience for internal customers and Company candidates. Creates and steers job requisitions through approval process and posts job requisitions. Track candidate information and actions through applicant tracking system. Creates and extends job offers to internal and external candidates, and guides candidates through pre-employment processes, with a focus on creating a great candidate experience. Supports on-boarding for new hires by scheduling for orientation and preparing them for their first day. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Ensure successful completion of hiring efforts in an efficient and effective manner.
• Creates positions and requisitions through the SAP HR information management system.
• Works extensively with HR Transaction Management team to create and/or update seats in SAP, or make other adjustments.
• Completes requisition approval process, tracking timelines and escalating where appropriate. Posts requisitions on internal and external websites, as well as with community partners.
• Maintains applicant tracking system by creating, posting, and monitoring closing job requisitions, and updating candidate statuses throughout the selection process. Reviews documents, including requisitions, to ensure compliance with EEO and Company policies.
• Assists in the scheduling and preparation of candidate interviews and testing by sending confirmations or itineraries, coordinating travel arrangements (when necessary,) managing interview day logistics (e.g. security,) and providing timely follow up to the candidate.
• Creates and routes job offers for approval and extends verbal offers, working in an efficient manner while providing a best-in-class candidate experience. Track and report on candidate status and timelines, and escalate issues where appropriate.
• Conducts pre-employment checks of new hires, providing great candidate communication and working with vendor to expedite checks as needed. Uses critical thinking skills to make decisions about pre-employment report results, ensuring that Company has the best possible workforce to interact with our customers.
• Executes all recruiting activity in a compliant manner with OFCCP and FCC regulations. Also completes annual FCC reporting.
• Interfaces with broad Recruiting Operations team, external vendors, and other service providers to maximize process efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support to the Talent Service Delivery Manager on projects, performance and process.
• Update Talent Service Delivery Manager on progress, gaps and potential failure factors that are encountered in day to day interactions with the Talent CoE and vendors.

Core Responsibilities:
• Maintains applicant tracking system by posting, monitoring, and closing job requisitions, and updating candidate statuses throughout the selection process. Reviews documents, including requisitions, to ensure compliance with EEO and Company policies.
• Supports Recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates using internal posting systems, external postings, internet, print advertisements, outreach efforts, employee referrals, etc.
• Assists in the scheduling and preparation of candidate interviews and testing by sending confirmations or itineraries, coordinating travel arrangements (when necessary,) managing interview day logistics (e.g. security,) and providing timely follow up to the candidate.
• Assists in the coordination of Open Houses and Group Information Sessions.
• Supports on-boarding process for new hires and transfers including processing new hire paperwork and assisting with the coordination of orientation and training.
• Prepares reports and presentations outlining recruitment efforts.
• Manages vendor invoices. Manages cases in background vendor websites ensuring cases are closed in a timely manner.
• Under supervision, manages projects in the talent acquisition arena ranging from employment branding to innovative sourcing techniques to candidate experience feedback surveys.
• Updates operational/business leadership on progress, gaps, and potential failure factors that are encountered in day-today interactions with vendor or vendor staff.
• Oversees testing where appropriate.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification:
• High School or Equivalent
• Generally requires 2-5 years related experience
Additional Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• HR technology knowledge a plus
• Excel skills a plus
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus
• Prior experience in services-based environment.
• Excellent project coordination, communication and consensus building skills required
