Our newly formed Recruiting Operations team is critical to delivering an optimal experience to every employee at Company, from the application process through development.
What's the role?
We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Analyst to join our team. We'll count on you to lead the flow of our recruiting data from the identification of a business need through the hiring process and configure audits to ensure our global recruiting organization is making decisions with the best data possible.
We'll trust you to:
• Maintain excellent data integrity in our recruiting systems
• Partner with business stakeholders to create and execute processes that support data collection and management
• Establish audits and data quality checks across our recruiting systems, and partner with recruiting leads to drive accountability
• Manage and prioritize system development requests to maximize benefit to recruiting and make efficient use of resources
• Partner with technology teams to recommend changes to data structures, feeds and infrastructure
• Enable convenient access to data and reporting through Company tools and self-service portals
What we're looking for:
• Experience in project management, particularly systems projects and process re-engineering
• High competency in data reporting and analysis, including fluency in Excel and the ability to create pivot tables, graphs, charts and formulas such as VLOOKUP and SQL ?
• High attention to detail and strong organization, communication and time management skills
• A customer-service oriented mindset
• A consultative approach to establishing relationships, with an ability to communicate clearly and deliver valuable outputs to stakeholders
• Familiarity with recruiting technology and systems, particularly Workday
We'd love to see:
• Detailed knowledge of statistical analysis and reporting
• Experience working collaboratively across regions and businesses
• Prior knowledge or experience with recruiting or human resources and an interest in HR technology
