Company’s Recruiting Operations & Enablement team is responsible for empowering the Recruiting team to hire the very best talent on the market today. We do this through elevating our talent brand, developing effective processes, and creating a world class candidate experience that will set us apart from the competition.
We're looking for our first Recruiting Coordinator Lead to work in a player-coach capacity - both managing/leading a team of recruiting coordinators and successfully executing against their own scheduling workload. The RC Lead for Business will champion the candidate experience and ensure that their team represents Company in the best possible way. The right candidate will be data-driven, inspiring, and willing to balance the urgency that comes with providing a word-class candidate experience with the strategy and planning needed to lead a team.
What you'll do:
Lead in a player-coach capacity - Managing 4-6 high-performing recruiting coordinators focused on Business interview scheduling (60% of role) and owning the interview scheduling workflow for a specific business unit (40%of role)
Own the training, onboarding, coaching and development of new/current team members ensuring their success in supporting our recruiting partners and their ability to provide the best candidate experience to prospective employees
Collect, reconcile, and analyze data to properly load balance scheduling volume across the team
Own relationships with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Managers to better understand opportunities for improvement, scaling processes, and capacity needs
Develop processes, comms, and training to drive the implementation/adoption of our new interview scheduling tool across the RC and recruiting teams
What we’re looking for:
Ability to lead a team by inspiring them to do their best work and driving accountability when necessary
A metrics-driven approach to conducting work, capable of pulling and positioning the data to make objective and fact decisions based off of numbers
Agility to context switch from strategy/planning to execution and complex interview scheduling
Effective written and verbal communication to influence team members and cross-functional stakeholders
Previous experience in recruiting coordination and interview scheduling in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, experience leading teams is a plus
