Recruiting Coordinator - Human Resources

The Recruiting Coordinator manages candidate experience, operations and logistics for the team of Corporate Recruiters. The candidate will lead strong coordination efforts and work cross-functionally to support recruiting operations and best practices. The Coordinator will execute flawlessly to create best in class experience to attract, hire and retain top talent that will contribute to the growth of Company.
Supports recruiting and HR operations related to: interview scheduling and candidate correspondence, travel, relocation, background check processes, applicant tracking system movement, requisition management and candidate offer packages/materials.
Supports multiple recruiters handling full life-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple lines of business.
Partners extensively with Recruiters and HR Generalists to manage external candidate transitions to in-house roles. May include assistance and leadership of on-boarding processes, programs, training, placement, documentation, and offer processing, etc. as appropriate.
Delivers exceptional service working with external applicants through the interview and hiring process; serves as a lead problem-solver in the event of obstacles in interview scheduling, travel, offer identification, etc.
Pull recruiting data from ATS and build monthly reports (excel worksheets and charts) for TA recruiting updates
Ensures outstanding internal customer service, responding to inquiries from Hiring Leaders, HR and Recruiting colleagues, Administrative Assistants across the home office and any other internal parties as necessary.
Works diligently to manage relationships between Corporate Recruiting teams, Human Resources and all Hiring Leaders/Departments.
Responsible for additional administrative tasks as assigned to support recruiting teams.
Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field preferred.
1-2 years in a support role or coordination role required; recruiting coordination or HR coordination experience highly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills required
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional execution.
Proven ability to manage projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven & interrupt-driven environment with conflicting priorities with high attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up and follow-through skills.
Exceptional communication skills and EQ; candidate is able to build relationship and rapport quickly and deliver outstanding internal and external customer service.
