The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls on a multiple phone line system and directing them to the appropriate individual or department. Responsible for clerical duties as assigned.
Here's what you'll do:
Responsible for answering phone calls in a professional manner, multiple phone lines and directing them to the appropriate individual.
Provide callers with address, direction and other general information.
Greet visitors, determine nature of business and announce them to the appropriate individual.
Monitor visitor access to administration building and plant.
Receive and sort mail and fax transmissions.
Monitor proper functioning of office equipment.
Order office supplies, track and manage inventory.
Manage the toner usage and allocate to the appropriate departments on a monthly basis.
Maintain a variety of file and records.
Setup UPS and Federal Express packages for shipping on a daily basis.
Assist CES/Human Resources staff with tasks as needed.
Here's what you'll bring to the table:
Two plus years' experience as a receptionist or administrative support.
High School Diploma.
Must have computer experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Professional individual with excellent customer service and communication skills a must.
