Apply several forms of statistical methods to predict and/or optimize desired analytical objectives from business stakeholders. In addition, perform data preparation, model framework design, model testing, model implementation, and model monitoring, assist in preparing comprehensive model documentation that meet internal and regulatory standards, support Credit and Marketing operations by solving complex business problems, execute various ad hoc quantitative, modeling, and programming assignments, and communicates meaningful insights into data and model results to management in a non-technical manner. Requires working at a highly technical and analytical level.
Fully complies with all applicable enterprise policies and procedures. Acts in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as outlined in training materials, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act. Responsible for reporting suspicious activity to Financial Intelligence. Responsible to report all customer complaints as prescribed and procedure violations to management or HR. Responsible to report ethical concerns as needed to Associated’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.
