The Quality Assurance Senior Director role is responsible for leading the QA shared service practice for Pharmacy Benefit Manager and Digital products which encompasses over 600 full time and contracted employees and 80+ critical client and internal facing applications.
In this exciting role, the QA Senior Director will be accountable for partnering with Company business leaders and other IT leaders to improve overall quality of end deliverables. In addition, you will establish and implement standard methodologies for quality assurance processes across PBM, develop and utilize benchmark-based metrics, and develop/maintain reporting on these key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvements.
You will have a consistent record of executing within a large complex organization while constantly disrupting the historical way of performing the business function. You will be able to interact with business colleagues, clients, and develop partners to bring extraordinary service and speed required for their business function.

Customer Advocacy – Deliver the optimal outcome for internal and external customers
Verifiable Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Will consider High School Diploma / GED with one year of experience for every year of college not attained in addition to overall required years of experience.
Master’s degree highly preferred.
