The Provider Installation Professional 1 administers the installation of assigned provider accounts. Performs set-up, database loading, and preparation of administrative documents and materials. The Provider Installation Professional 1 work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.
The Provider Installation Professional 1 provides support to provider accounts by responding to inquiries and resolves issues of concern. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to make decisions or assess situations based on information provided
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs Word and Excel
• Strong data entry and/or typing skills
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality
• BA/BS degree
• 3 years of provider installation experience
• Previous experience loading information or data analysis experience
• Prior healthcare knowledge
• Experience with PowerPoint and Access
• Previous customer service experience
