Key objectives for this position:
Provide leadership to meet all objectives of the Security System Credential Management program while creating workforce stability by cultivating an engaged, cooperative, spirited and well coached team of professional employees
All duties expected of a Company personnel manager ensuring compliance with LOB policies and procedures to include work schedules and timekeeping routines
Consistent staffing disciplines to meet performance objectives to include covering vacant Shift Lead / proxy Operations Manager positions on short notice working weekends and/or extended hours as needed. Reliable attendance is critical
New hire and daily training execution, coordination, documentation, cross training, and career development of employees
Coaching Operations Specialists on the proper execution of SOACC functions while role modeling desired behaviors to excel above the expected minimum performance expectations.
Engagement of appropriate support resources during technology issues or outages
Liaison between SOACC and LOB managers to provide assistance and timely issue resolution
Participate in investigations of physical security incidents and other incidents as directed, providing timely, thorough and accurate documentation appropriate for distribution to executive leaders.
The Security System Credential Management team is responsible for provisioning access credentials for vendors and bank associates at facilities protected by a DMP security system including financial centers, ATMs, call centers, and home loan centers.
The credential management team also distributes quarterly credential audits, processes audit revocations, and escalates non-compliance to the appropriate line of business or vendor executive, while ensuring adherence to enterprise audit guidelines.
Additional responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to Live Chat and email inquiries, and managing credential projects for facility openings and closures, vendor transitions and acquisitions, and temporary construction and technology enhancements.
Have 2+ years of managerial experience
Proven leadership abilities
Effective interpersonal, communication and writing skills
Ability to propose and execute on approved business strategies with minimal oversight
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must have a valid driver’s license
Project management experience.
Security or Command Center management experience
Proficiency in MASterMind Alarm Monitoring, RemoteLink, and NICE
Demonstrated proficiency in digital video management, security video, and intrusion detection
Versed in SharePoint site development and management
Active relationships with strategic business partners, team members and external contacts that are relevant to SOACC.
