Your role at Company
The Associate Project Manager is a field-based role, responsible for the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of Company Care Communications projects. Care Communications project managers coordinate all aspects of the client project engagement from sales hand-off to transition to ongoing support. Key activities include project planning, coordination, project risk assessment and mitigation,revenue forecasting, customer communication and internal stakeholder management.

What you'll be doing
- Act with autonomy as the point of contact for all client project related needs during an active implementation.
- Project planning & execution, and product expertise.
- Use project management software, conduct regular meetings, provide agendas and meeting minutes, and build and maintain project plans.
- Host in-person and remote meetings.
- Handle internal and external customer expectations and relationships.
- Resource, vendor, and revenue forecasting management.
- Supply chain (project specific) management.
- Provide strong and proactive project leadership.
- Lead project scope and deliverables across multiple, concurrent engagements.
- Continuously reassess and prioritize defined sequence tasks, through individual effort and the coordination of the work of others.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve customer issues.
- Meet or exceed established PMO metrics including revenue forecasting, assigned project reporting/results, and customer satisfaction reporting.
- Travel-10– 20% depending on geographic location.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in healthcare, IT, business or related industry.
- 1 year of professional work experience preferably customer facing.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of IT: networking, virtual server deployments, software deployment methodology.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products to include CRM, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate critical instruction both written and verbally.
- Ability to drive projects enthusiastically in supportive and professional manner.
- Ability to independently tackle complex issues and challenges through creative problem solving, involving internal co-workers and other departments.
- Ability to properly identify the need for issue escalation and correct resolution practices.
- Technical proficiency.
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Company, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a salary range of $52,800 - $132,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
