The Project Planner drives the production process for a specific area of responsibility. The planner ensures the creation of Company marketing assets and any supporting marketing content and enforces that merchandise/offers are communicated in an effective way. The ideal candidate has the ability to maintain a fluid process with cross-functional stakeholders. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and effectively manage timelines. Perform other duties as assigned.
Serves as liaison and works closely with creative, marketing, merchandising, and production groups in the planning, execution, and on-time delivery of several digital assets.
Fields all requests for projects and briefs—reviews for feasibility and accuracy.
Sets up and leads kick-offs, follow-ups, turn ins and all related project-specific meetings
Maintains daily production schedule for marketing assets.
Ensures all teams have all necessary information for assets; follows up on outstanding issues and missing information.
Reviews projects through a business/creative lens & gains alignment from key stakeholders.
Routes assets for approval & collects feedback from cross-functional partners.
Analyzes validity of off-process requests—tracks changes; implements the work stream & notifies stakeholders if request is denied.
Understands and evaluates existing processes. Suggests changes to refine and streamline workflows with the goal of maximizing efficiency and productivity without sacrificing quality.
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Minimum of 2 years project management or related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret business reports.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to organize projects and deliver on time and to scheduled deadlines.
This position involves regular walking, standing, hearing, and talking.
May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching, working with samples.
Fluency on Mac and Microsoft Office programs is required.
Photoshop skills a plus.
9am – 6pm
