The Company Project Manager will provide direct support to Sustainment Programs and Acquisition Managers by assisting in the day-to-day execution of the acquisition programs within ICBM MMIII Program Office. A major role will be documenting Air Force processes with the development of handbooks to support these processes. The Project Manager will also provide support for acquisition document preparation, milestone management, general program management, IPT meetings, and schedule management.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic our team works remotely much of the time with occasional travel to and from the base in support of face to face meetings with the customer.

Typical Education and Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
18+ Years with HS experience sustaining, maintaining, and/or providing programmatic support to ICBM MMIII weapon system
14+ Years with AA experience sustaining, maintaining, and/or providing programmatic support to ICBM MMIII weapon system
12+ Years with BS experience sustaining, maintaining, and/or providing programmatic support to ICBM MMIII weapon system
10+ Years with MS experience sustaining, maintaining, and/or providing programmatic support to ICBM MMIII weapon system
7+ Years with PhD experience sustaining, maintaining, and/or providing programmatic support to ICBM MMIII weapon system
Preferred Skills and Education
Above average knowledge of DoD acquisition, business management, engineering management, project management, logistics management, or production management. Experience with and knowledge of Air Force Technical writing is a plus. Knowledge of ICBM management processes a plus. Previous ICBM MMIII experience directly managing contracted workloads with emphasis on engineering design, modification, production, and sustainment (Required) of all aspects of MMIII acquisition and sustainment. Working knowledge of common project management tools to include Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project. Familiarity with Earned Value Management, risk management, resource planning, contracts, and Government cost and accounting systems.
