The candidate will support the Enterprise Scenario Planning and Execution Plan Production Team, which resides within the Company’s Chief Administrative Office and is responsible for administering and aggregating the Company’s Capital Planning and Recovery and Resolution Planning (“RRP”) regulatory submissions.
The role requires coordination across various, enterprise-level workstreams aligned to capital planning, RRP, and ad hoc requests in order to drive complete, on-time regulatory submissions, necessitating excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to translate financial and regulatory requirements into clear, concise instructions and expectations for deliverable deadlines and review routines for a wide audience, including workstream stakeholders at multiple levels of the Company. The candidate will have experience or proven ability to draft communications / materials intended for senior executive and board-level audiences.
Additionally, the individual will work to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, support core processes, and work with Technology to develop applications to support the processes.
The ideal employee will possess strong institutional knowledge and be able to leverage prior experience in process design, coordination of complex deliverables, and problem solving. The individual should be a creative and strategic thinker with the ability to influence, build trusted relationships across the organization, deal constructively with conflict, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment that involves multiple and simultaneous issues.
More than 5 years of work experience in banking, finance, or project management
Strong execution, analytical, and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills
Detail oriented with strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to effectively work under pressure, continue to evaluate priorities in a changing environment, and successfully manage multiple projects with compressed timelines
Deep knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint Site with the ability to easily adapt to technology, tools, and applications
Experience or proven ability to build and modify process design for ongoing process improvement
Experience with Workiva’s Wdesk; working knowledge of software development life cycle and principles of user acceptance testing
Understanding of corporate governance, financial reporting systems, and legal entities
Experience in Compliance, Risk Management and/or regulatory interactions

Manages a group (potentially global) of analysts. This group works with Senior Management, risk managers and other support groups (eg Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit) as appropriate. Ensure compliance with and updates all relevant policies, own core processes and works with Technology to develop applications to support these processes (including design, UAT, training and implementation). Monitor and report metrics related to core processes to Senior Management Forums. Coordinate Audit/Regulatory reviews and responses. Responsible for managing the production of global risk reports and analysis for Senior Management forums such as the GRC, ALMRC and deliver information to business partners and other support areas, such as Finance. Produce aggregate risk numbers, report stress test scenarios, respond to ad hoc reporting requests and works with Technology to improve data mining and reporting tools.
