The Cash Products Product Development team is part of the Wealth Management Operations organization. The primary focus of our team is to provide project management and business analysis support for Global Wealth and Investment Management Equity and Option Trading applications. Our business partners include Order Entry and Executions Services, the Investment Services Group, Global Banking and Markets, and the associated Legal, Risk and Compliance partners. Key priorities for our team are providing support coordinating regulatory initiatives and the associated impacts to the platforms supported.
The individual works with the Line of Business to understand their needs and define the development work needed to meet the business strategy. As part of the responsibilities of the role, the teammate will develop business partner relationships with internal and external Lines of Business, Operations, Technology and Control Partners to analyze, design and prepare requirements to address business needs for Global Wealth and Investment Management Trading applications. In addition, the individual is responsible for providing production support for Global Wealth and Investment Management trading applications.
Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate should gain exposure and acumen in Project Management disciplines, as well as product knowledge within the supported Lines of Business.
Enterprise Role Overview:
Performs qualitative and quantitative business analysis encompassing banking, functional design and systems issues within scope of assigned project. Typically coordinates successful resolution of issues arising during course of project to ensure timely completion of critical tasks. Ensures project objectives are achieved on schedule and monitored through detailed project work plan. Ensures projects are within scope of strategic and marketing plan for the Asset Management Group.
Required Skills & Experience:
1 or more years of Project Management Experience; ability to lead projects, programs or processes with business impact involving cross-functional teams in order to achieve optimal results.
Strong analytical / problem solving skills; Ability to provide comprehensive solutions to complex problems or needs.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both informal and formal presentation settings to varying audiences.
Ability to both influence strategic direction and to develop tactical plans.
Ability to interact with all levels of management and complete deliverables independently or collaboratively.
Ability to develop and revise project materials and maintains project documentation.
MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word, PowerPoint and Visio).
Desired Skills & Experience:
Familiar with the Agile Method of project management.
Experience with Equity and Option Trading.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
