Company is seeking a highly effective and dynamic Lead Project Manager to drive significant growth with our Agile Train and our strategic business initiatives. This highly visible and strategic role will collaborate with internal partners to drive and solve key customer challenges. Success will be measured through scorecard metrics, quality of development, effective and proactive risk mitigation efforts, and collaborative partnering to drive client satisfaction.
Provide high-level skills and expertise to highly technical and complex projects of considerable difficulty and importance.
Conceive, design, and implement projects and programs to support the strategies and objectives of the assigned business line (assigned projects may be general or systems-related in nature).
Interface with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team.
Leads operational or technical projects as the Project Manager for Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
Supports 3 Product Owners on the Agile Train as a manager, mentor and leader.
10 or more years of experience in project management activities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Advanced knowledge of credit card life cycle or collections business line.
Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to challenge existing paradigms.
Agile, PMP or Six Sigma certification.
