Company is looking for a Transportation Program Manager to help grow our portfolio of carrier partners. The Program Manager will be responsible for the performance and management of the overall carrier experience within the Company Transportation network. The desire to work in a creative and fast-paced environment that gives you direct input in setting delivery expectations and defining a service of the future is a must. The candidate is as comfortable working on strategy and design, as they are rolling-up their sleeves and working on implementation. This job will require strong communication skills while having the ability to work independently in an often ambiguous work environment. Passion and drive for customer service is a must.
Responsibilities of this role will include (but are not limited to):
Track and report on key compliance metrics across Company’s transportation network.
Responsible for maintaining high carrier performance within Company’s transportation network.
Build strong working relationships with carriers and internal peers and collaborate with members of other departments.
Supporting ad-hoc reporting requests as needed.
Engage with internal and external business teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve performance and service.
Drive process improvement and standardize procedures.
Utilize technology to implement solutions and suggesting enhancements to existing technology.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, transportation, logistics, business or related field
2+ years' related professional experience.
Demonstrated relationship building acumen.
Proven ability to problem-solve, and use mathematics and analytical skills to drive decisions in a business environment.
Experience and working knowledge of Lean techniques such as Kaizen or Six Sigma is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
