Job Description Summary:

Our Quality Maintenance Program (QMP) Manager role will manage, develop and deliver improved performance of the QMP and any related programs. Quality Maintenance activities include developing protocols for equipment for existing and new beverage categories, service, parts management, training, quality maintenance tracking. The Program Manager will design and implement program solutions for improving equipment reliability and equipment serviceability all while managing profit generating programs. A successful Program Manager will seek opportunities to increase profitability and functionality of our quality programs to benefit the customer and Coca-Cola.
This position will focus in 2 areas:
1. Manage current Quality Maintenance Program and service revenue programs for optimal profit growth. Develop program enhancements to increase program return on investment and customer benefits. Areas of focus include new equipment innovation, warranty, RO Water/Filters and Parts.
2. Evaluate new opportunities for new quality programs. Build business case, development plans and implement with the field service organization. Once implemented, the Program Manager would lead the program including Financial/P&L assessment and reporting, process mapping to build deployment plan, communication planning and billing/data processing. Potential programs: Predictive QMC program, Installation Management.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Lead all Quality Maintenance Programs inclusive of the QMC steering committee for USA, Service Provider Partnerships and performance management, Program Budgets inclusive of expense control and OI contribution, Ancillary or Extensions added to the QMP (beverage and non-beverage).
Lead customer stewardship and program evolution conversations in conjunction with the primary customer team to ensure consistency and program continuity.
Assist with the definition of new product specifications by participating in cross-functional design sessions in order to enhance quality and performance of innovation.
Assist in the development of cost models, data collection and measurements to provide regarding product performance and services.
Evaluate new technologies (e.g., computer, software, equipment, packaging, processing machines) in order to improve and/or expand upon customer operations/profitability using industry relationships and research and development expertise.
Research suppliers' new technologies and capabilities using resources (e.g., supplier interviews, presentations, site visits, trade publications, the Internet, industry organizations) in order to identify opportunities for process or equipment innovation or market differentiation for the Company (e.g., improved or innovative technology, etc.).
Explore external relationships and analyze potential partners using contacts, trade journals, industry knowledge and other methods in order to establish relationships that will share in the risk and investment for innovations.
Coordinate customer or third-party processes in order to support rollout of new equipment into Company programs.
Interpret feedback from stakeholders to evaluate performance of programs, processes or innovations using trend analysis and other tools in order to determine whether to approve, reject or modify commercialization plan.
Formulate a plan and timeline to ensure system readiness for new technology (e.g., dispensing equipment, new parts) in order to identify capable suppliers and define resource scheduling required to meet project objectives and inclusion into the Quality Maintenance Program.
Collaborate with New Products, Product Commercialization and Sales and Marketing teams by using standard communication tools (e.g., using product commercialization meetings, product update reports, field input) in order to increase forecast accuracy.
Support and Collaborate with the Global Quality Leaders work stream to ensure a consistent Global Processes and Procedures.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Related Work Experience:At least 5 years
Equipment Optimization/Configuration: Knowledge of optimal in-outlet equipment configuration (e.g., number of valves, dispensing locations, type) based on current and future customer needs (e.g., volume, traffic).
Fountain Equipment Engineering: Knowledge and application of the principles of dispensing equipment engineering.
Innovation Technology (e.g., FUB, FCB, AI): Knowledge of new products, services and emerging technologies (e.g., Coca-Cola Freestyle, Hot products and frozen uncarbonated beverages). Includes the ability to select and apply customized programs/products based on individual customer needs.
Process Improvement: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement. Ability to analyze business processes and develop systems-based solutions that will improve current state.
Optimization Modeling: Knowledge of detailed Infrastructure planning, supplier allocation policies/procedures and third party requirements to optimize supply chain. Ability to model and optimize supply chain network.
