Program Manager – Company website
Company website is one of the most heavily trafficked corporate websites in the world, the front door for the majority of our customers, and a primary revenue generator for Company.
You will be a critical part of the team implementing initiatives to make Company website an elite experience for all site visitors – from consumers to enterprise customers, to partners and investors – across the entire customer journey. This team is responsible for driving the delivery of product initiatives for Creative Cloud on Company website working alongside our Product management, UX, Design, Content Publishing, Engineering, QA and Localization teams to produce innovative experiences for our customers world-wide.
You will work with hardworking cross-functional teams to deliver site features and product releases, ensuring that high-quality projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What you’ll do
Proactively drive program execution and manage associated scope, timeline and resources with minimal supervision
Analyze the work needed to be done to achieve program goals, assess resource requirements
Develop and manage detailed, complex, cross-team project or program plans that take into account all requirements, constraints, resources, and deliverables associated with defined objectives
Aggregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information in order to communicate with extended team and management
Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired program outcomes
Coordinate and run operational, project, and executive check-in meetings
Work closely with Product Managers to build clear roadmaps/project plans and lead scope definition and change control.
Continually evaluate existing processes and procedures and drive process improvements where needed
Establish credibility with peers and be a driving force for change when needed
Perform risk management: identify, analyze, respond, monitor, and control risks, resolve project-specific issues and critical issues in a timely manner
Deliver clear status communication to project teams, partners, and leadership teams
Assist Engineering Managers with resource assessment and release planning
Drives tactical decisions for projects that are under your direct responsibility
Engage with regional teams about international deployment of capabilities and content
What you need to succeed
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of program/project management experience preferably with large enterprise web projects
Hands on experience with Agile & project management methodologies with proven leadership skills
Solid understanding of Web technologies, including web content management systems (specific Company Experience Manager experience a plus)
Expert knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

High EQ – Ability to stay calm and collected and focus on solving problems. Excellent negotiation, conflict management and resolution skills. Ability to diplomatically facilitate teams to the successful resolution of issues
