Program Manager - HR Business and Analytics

This individual must take the best of our Company Logistics fundamentals and innovate in a manner that drives process efficiency, accelerates HR development and performance, enables leader effectiveness, and improves employee experience. This role engages directly with HR Teams, business and operations leaders, other functional departments and field users. In addition to driving awareness and building community, this individual will plan enablement activities for new analytics programs, create new tools and business processes that simplifies, and standardizes our platforms, drive adoption, track usage, assess team maturity, create development plans and teach, lead governance activities, and influence longer term strategies to ensure we are driving operational excellence.
We are looking for:
An organized self-starter with a background in operational excellence projects, business analytics and methodologies.
A driver with a high bias for action who can create solutions derived from identifying business, associate and HR pain points around processes, speed and overall effectiveness.
Thought leader who can merge ad-hoc systems and mechanisms together, idea generate and create new platforms to drive continuous improvement.
Analytical prowess around data retrieval, manipulation, and performance analysis from data management systems; further turn this data into useful information.
Systems thinking that leverages every facet of data and communication to create standardization of employee lifecycle processes, platforms and initiatives.
Advanced writing ability to help communication and sell ideas and systems within the organization effectively

Master’s degree in a quantitative field (engineering, finance, economics, math, analytics or statistics), or similar discipline with analytical bias.
3+ years of experience in positions that require analytical & process analysis.
Proficiency in Excel (basic functions i.e., sum, if, pivots, lookups) and experience performing ad hoc analysis.
Analytical and organization skills and proven ability to influence decisions through effective verbal and written communication and logical reasoning based on findings.
Embrace an ambiguous environment and to work under pressure to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
Customer focus and professional demeanor; High bias for action and passion for rolling up sleeves and doing what it takes to “get it done.”
Excellent organizational, collaborative, relational and interpersonal skills a must.
Six Sigma Certification.
Experience working with data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Essbase, Tableau, Quicksite, and Cognos).
Hands-on experience with data visualization, idea generation, data preparation, trend analysis and development of new analytics tools. Will provide data-driven insights to business partners.
Practical experience with requirements gathering for BI Solutions (end-to-end), over multiple technologies, size, and scale of projects.
