This position will identify, analyze, document and propose resolutions for programmatic and technical systems issues. It will also facilitate technical marketing of various technical programs and documentation for future change and enhancements, as well as bridge the gap between technical and business-line teams. It is located in Clarksburg, WV.
Maintain databases of system issues and enhancements while guiding the system product owner in building, editing and maintaining the enhancement backlog. (30%)
Provide input into analytical research related to IT and IT security, process, procedures, policies, and operations, to include specific program issues. (20%)
Compose white papers, publications, and technical writings for technical and programmatic policies, memorandums, and guides. (20%)
Manage and participate in additional special projects, including, but not limited to: technical document migration and file structuring; SIG life-cycle management; VCC life-cycle management; technical program documentation and catalogs and other program marketing materials. (20%)
Support presentations and training in a conference room/classroom environment, to include providing technical guidance to participants in training. (5%)
Provide technical and administrative support, where necessary. (5%)
Bachelor's Degree and six (6) years of experience in law enforcement technical systems, development project management, technical meeting facilitation, technical requirements management, governmental technical consulting, issue tracking systems
Special / Physical Qualifications:
Must currently hold a National Security clearance. May be required to work evenings and weekends or work during emergency situations such as hurricanes or other natural disasters. Position may require 24x7 on-call duty. Some travel may be required.
