Solution Tools is a department in our Client Strategies Group division. The Financial Foundation team is one of three teams in the Solutions Tools Department with responsibility for working with key stakeholders to design, build, and implement software that assists our branch teams in managing their relationships, measuring clients' progress toward their financial goals, and providing advice and guidance on rollovers and account selection.
Responsible for the management of system issues and enhancements. This includes maintaining and prioritizing system issues and enhancement opportunities as well as leading the execution of these deliverables.
Serve as the initial contact for system issues and enhancement opportunities for the team's systems
Assist with medium- to large-sized projects with direction from project leader
Maintain effective project management procedures in alignment with firm and department standards for all deliverables
Identify program/project risks
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders throughout the firm and collaborate on system changes
Support firm, department and team deliverables as needed
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Information Systems
Series 7 and 63/66 required within 6 months of hire
1-2 years of finncial industry experience preferred
Experience in financial planning, project management and/or financial software a plus
MBA or progress towards CFP/CFA a plus
