The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordination of designated program to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished, establish priorities, work within time and budget limitations. This position will work closely with project managers and other team members to accomplish all project goals including logistics coordination and support for various aspects of Research and Evaluation Division (RED) projects. The Program Coordinator will contribute to the effort to further the mission of Company.

Salary offered commensurate with experience.
Coordinates the daily operations of project(s).
Provide materials and tracking support for project trainings, follow-up, and marketing.
Systematize entering and tracking of participant data (e.g. contact information, participant status, trainings received, dates) for project.
Maintain and update project database.
Monitor multiple participant sites and timelines to ensure fulfillment of all required deliverables.
Maintain an efficient file system, project calendars, and equipment as needed.
Prepare for staff meetings.
Assist with documentation for monthly and annual funder reports.
Provide oversight and assistance of purchasing, print, production, packaging, and mailing or delivery of project materials for trainings or events.
Get vendor quotes as needed. Initiate and track purchase requests in a timely manner to ensure materials are ready for trainings and events.
Organize and store project materials in an efficient manner.
Track inventory using a spreadsheet.
Manage catering for events.
Provide AV and on-site assistance as needed for trainings and events.
Create distribution lists for large-scale marketing efforts (i.e. email, mailings, and events) and send out mass mail/email as needed.
Interact with managers and training staff to ensure team is updated as needed.
Assist project staff on research projects.
Activities include organizing materials to conduct home/classroom visits, observations, or phone surveys.
Weekend or early evening hours maybe required for some surveys.
Complete structured observations of childcare classroom according to protocol.
Must be able to meet reliability standards on observational data collection tools.
Conduct all data collection in accordance with study protocol and maintain records in Institutional Review Board (IRB) compliant system.
Interact with project managers and evaluation staff.
Assign appropriate duties to student employees.
Typing, copying, faxing, filing, setting up meetings, ordering supplies, requesting internal and external services, purchasing, answering phone.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in any one of the social or behavioral sciences such as psychiatry, sociology, anthropology, health science or communications or journalism or related field plus two (2) years of project coordination experience required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Must possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
Must be detail oriented and be able to work on strict timelines.
