The objective of the Education Project Manager is to provide premier customer service, training, in-person support and coaching to a dedicated account as well as other projects within the same region. The goal is of pro-active customer support to insure optimal program performance, instructional integrity and to gather and report results. The Project Manager will work in partnership with the aligned Manager, Director and Vice-President of Professional Services while providing support to the Regional Consultants assigned to each account.
Partnerships & Communication
• Manage and monitor the implementation plan and ensure high quality execution of all deliverables
• Establish service partnerships with district leaders and classroom teachers using HMH products
• Facilitate successful implementation of HMH products
• Proactive, upfront partnering with Account Executives in the Implementation Planning process
• Ensure fidelity of implementation
• Share best instructional practices for HMH Products
• Facilitate ongoing review of customer satisfaction through proactive customer contract and discussion
• Provide ongoing updates to aligned Manager & Director
• Create ongoing dialogue with School Administrators
• Mentor & monitor Regional Consultants assigned to all accounts
Training and Professional Development
• Provide implementation training for HMH products related to the implementation in all accounts
• Consult with leadership and teachers about their professional development needs
• Track Implementation service and support days
• Provide ongoing professional development as needed
• Facilitate meetings as needed
• Ensure consultants provide reports following each coaching or professional learning session
Data Collection and Analysis
• Encourage periodic progress monitoring assessment
• Coordinate scheduling and delivery of service days
• Model regular use of report data to individualize and differentiate instruction
• Gather and review student data and provide recommendations for improved results
• Collect student data for use in district analysis
• Work closely with product development and technical support to address any product performance issues and provide input for future product enhancements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Minimum 4 year college degree
Prior teaching experience, must include Read 180U
Experience mentoring, coaching and/or teachers and/or leaders
Basic understanding of school district technology environments and product deployment
Expertise with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Physical requirements:
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds in order to carry product and presentation materials.
• Requires heavy travel 60-70% with frequent overnight stays-Approx. 80% travel by vehicle and 20% by air depending on territory. Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Must have an acceptable driving record.
