RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Coordinate the quality, delivery and cost activities to meet schedules and targets
Support and maintain a safe and secure workplace
Selection of Team Members
Train Team Members to meet cost, quality, and delivery standards
Provide coaching, counseling,and career development
Assess individual and team performance, give feedback
Develop and implement 3-5 year plans
Monitor systems to assure outgoing quality meets standards
Monitor systems to schedule, including coordination of workforce and equipment to meet schedules.
Monitor labor costs and supply expenses
Maintain reporting, including shift rosters and logs
Bachelor's degree preferred
High School Diploma or nationally recognized equivalent required
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of three years in an applicable work / industry environment
A minimum of one year in leadership role
Demonstratedunderstanding and effective utilization of Outlook, Word, and Excel
Demonstrated proficiency in a business enterprise system, SAP preferred
Self starter with the ability to make critical decisions with limited data
Good verbal and written business communication skills
Understanding of production processes, scheduling, and workflow
Ability to meet schedules
Regular work schedule:
◦ Day shift, Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., including shift hand-off meetings
Available for for coverage of mid shift or graveyard shift, if necessary
Available to work on site as required by job
