The Student Trainee Program allows students the opportunity to work at Company while going to school.

Student Trainees will work approximately 15-20 hours a week in Company’s Griffin facility during the school year
Student Trainees will work 40 hours a week during the Summer months
Adding a washer and lubricant to a bolt to prepare the bolt to be placed into production
Assemble fan drive components together utilizing various hand tools, hydraulic press, DC torque tool and table fixture
Verify correct parts and present to the assembly line for final assembly to the engine
Unpack parts and verify part numbers to assemble venturi tube
Add o-rings to threaded adapters to prevent contamination
Must be a High School Junior or Senior in the 2020/2021 school year participating in your school's work based learning program.
Must have prior use of basic hand tools
Must have reliable transportation to the Griffin, GA facility
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
Ability to perform repetitive operations
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Interest in a potential career in manufacturing
Aptitude for assembly and mechanical work.
Ability to follow documented procedures for standard work, to perform work safely and free of defects.
Summer work hours will be: Monday-Thursday 6:30AM - 5:00PM, overtime will be on Friday if/when needed.
School work hours will be: 6:30AM - 11:00AM or 12:00PM - 5:00 PM depending on classroom schedules.
