Responsibilities
Job Duties
Execute against SAP purchase requisitions and issue manufacturing orders to third party vendors in order to deliver product to customers on time, inclusive of the highest possible quality and lowest possible cost.
Manage promotions from beginning to end, ensuring all manufacturing details are clear and concise while ensuring standard timelines are tracked and adhered to.
Act as a primary liaison between internal Company customers, third party vendors and third party distribution partners; resolving daily exceptions and escalating to management as needed.
Establish planning priorities with third party vendors to minimize freight costs across a variety of Home Entertainment product.
Issue rework and breakdown orders to maximize utilization of existing inventory for distribution needs.
Analyze raw materials purchase recommendations and take appropriate action, including procurement at economic order quantity.
Aggregate, track and plan for all promotional demand across all retailers to ensure that product is built on-time
Collaborate with sales, customer account teams and distribution partners as necessary, to define supply chain objectives and execution strategies.
Maximize supply chain responsiveness by taking into consideration lead times and vendor/partner requirements.
Lead and attend meetings and conference calls with third party vendors, distribution partners and internal department representatives.
Lead and implement process improvement initiatives as needed.
Ensure that all exceptions are addressed in a timely manner with regard to build issues, failed EDI transactions, parked invoices, quality concerns and other areas as needed.
Generate, maintain and archive various reports for Home Entertainment lines using SAP, MS Office and data warehouses.
Perform ad-hoc analyses and inquiries as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
4 year degree (BA, BS) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
Outstanding computer skills including extensive experience in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
1+ years demonstrated experience in leading efficiency projects
Demonstrated independent problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Excellent time management skills, with a deadline orientation
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple responsibilities and competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
Forecasting or statistical analysis experience
Familiarity with SAP or Microstrategy data warehouse
Previous operations, strategic planning or other quantitative analytical experience
MBA, APICS or Six Sigma experience/certification
