Who we are looking for:
Company is seeking a Production Manager to join the team in our St. Louis office. The Production Manager is responsible for assisting the production team with the execution of a select group of accounts within Company. The Production Manager will manage specific production aspects of the traditional and digital media components starting in the creative process through execution for direct mail, television, print and digital efforts. This includes assisting in managing the selected vendors throughout the project, being accountable for the work at each vendor, maintaining best practices throughout production, tracking inventory, and post-mail tracking processes.
What you’ll do:
Manage Provide management and execution of all assigned production projects. Manage and track projects from start to finish, ensuring that deadlines are met. Adhere to departmental processes and guidelines.
Collaborate Participate in daily production meetings to report on project status to internal team members. Initiate immediate escalation when timelines are in jeopardy.
Oversee Project expense reconciliation. Assist in trafficking of proofs and data when assistance is needed with vendors. Proofing, inventory management, quality control processes and procedures.
Who you are:
A Strong Communicator Able to create detailed project plans and disseminate critical information across other disciplines and departments on project status and deadlines.
Detail Oriented Oversee completion of all projects and assignments, ensuring strategic/brand integrity, while partnering with all necessary agency disciplines to ensure optimal distribution of resources, timeliness, accuracy, budget and government compliance.
Innovator Proficient with project management tools and methodology as well as fluency in all Microsoft Suite Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with InDesign. Proactively assess and suggest improvements to optimize project management process.
What you’ll need:
2+ years of professional experience.
Understanding of direct response channel delivery.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Strong Excel and spreadsheet management skills.
Attention to detail (proofing and invoicing accuracy).
Knowledge of USPS DMM guidelines & regulations.
Knowledge of digital and print media channels.
Strong communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong prioritization skills.
