About the Team
The National Programming Group is responsible for the co-production of Company’s major national events as well as overseeing the programming music strategy, talent development and artist relations for Company’s 850+ radio stations
About the Position
The Production Coordinator role will report into our Radio Programming leadership team and serve as the liaison between our format + custom centers, our local Program Directors, Brand Managers and voice talent.
Coordinate workflow across a team of national producers
Assist with basic audio editing and production
Understand radio station imaging and how to create liners
Review produced audio for quality assurance
Collect and manage audio assets for use in production projects
Collect and manage information related to production projects
Ensure delivery of produced audio assets to proper platforms
Analyze music data and research that will be delivered to the field
Proofread scripts for errors
Radio/media experience required
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Adept at working quickly and accurately
4-year college degree or related work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint, Salesforce and NexGen.
Basic experience with audio editing software
Skilled at multi-tasking and time management in order to meet daily deadlines
Self-motivated and organized
Precise communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to function effectively in a team environment
