The Product Mngr - PCI Programs will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team that sponsors and defines the business and technology requirements for PCI programs and solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with the entirety of PCI programs and governance, and implementing successful programs. This role will be responsible for building a team to communicate, educate, and deliver PCI solutions for merchants of all sizes and partners. The ideal candidate will have experience with PCI in an Acquirer/Processor environment, either in Product ownership or program administration. Candidates will have experience working with internal and external stakeholders to define the needs of the business and sponsor initiatives that drive the business forward.
Skills and Experience required
5-7 years of Merchant Services Product Management and PCI experience
Expert knowledge of PCI programs
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Demonstrated effective communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills.
Effective planning, prioritization and time management acumen.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Demonstrated knowledge of MS office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)
Knowledge and experience in payments, merchant services, or related industry sales and consultation.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of PCI from multiple viewpoints: merchant, technology provider, or program administrator.
