Company has built one of the fastest growing advertising businesses in the world and we're looking for an exceptional product manager to join our talented team to take it to the next level: scaling to an audience of over 1 billion people, spanning a suite of ad products, and leveraging a massive amount of data. You will be responsible for developing the product strategy for core ads technologies that enable big brands and performance advertisers to achieve their marketing goals.
What You’ll Do
• Your work will affect the entire ad product portfolio, will improve value we provide advertisers, will create a better user experience, and will grow revenue for Company.
• You will work with an elite team of engineers, data scientists and machine learning experts to improve, personalize and match ads in one of the world's largest marketplaces. This role will focus on on the supply side of our marketplace, expanding Company Ads’ footprint across owned & operated.
• As part of developing the vision for Company’s Core Ads products, you will work with other teams across the company to find opportunities for the business, synthesizing the needs of internal and external customers to resolve product priorities for your team.
• You will build products that will deliver a compelling consumer experience, help advertisers achieve their goals to scale their business, and drive revenue for Company. You will be the internal champion for your product area and will articulate your vision to various partners, including Company’s executive management team.
• Develop a compelling vision and strategic product roadmap for core ads products
• Collaborate closely with an elite engineering team; Lead a cross-functional team of engineering, design, product marketing, and sales research to build amazing products for our advertising customers.
• Communicate product vision and priorities to internal and external stakeholders
Who You Are
• You will be the internal champion for your product area and will articulate your vision to various partners, including Company’s executive management team.
Responsibilities
• Research, identify and analyze new opportunities to monetize Company and other owned and operated properties.
• Responsible for operational management, growth and utilization of Company’s ad inventory.
• Balance trade-offs between and improve relevance for users, value for advertisers and revenue for Company.
• Expand Company ad inventory off Company including launching new products in international markets.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineering, design, product marketing, and sales research to build amazing products for our advertising customers.
• Drive partnership discussions and integrations with our strategic partners.
Qualifications
• Minimum of two years of product management experience in monetization of consumer products preferably with expertise deeper in the ad technology stack (ie ad serving, modeling, etc.) or equivalent focus areas.
• Computer science, data science or engineering background.
• Strong data and metrics orientation. Prior experience with data analysis, experimentation frameworks and/or data visualization a plus.
• Understanding of digital marketer needs a strong plus
• Ability to think strategically, critically and to craft & communicate a compelling vision, roadmap and plan of action using exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, especially mobile and cross-platform, a strong plus.
