We are looking for a Product Manager 1 to champion the evolution of the Company Rack/Hautelook customer experience both on web and apps. Based in LA, this role will be responsible for making sure we build the right products and features for our customers and business. To accomplish that, product managers lead product discovery using a variety of qualitative and quantitative inputs, plan the roadmap, prioritize the applicable technology backlog and measure and communicate results across stakeholders.
A day in the life…
Work with manager to develop the following;
Measure and monitor key KPI performance
Develop improvement plans for key KPI degradation
Leverage internal KPI’s to identify feature opportunities
Prioritize features and develop quarterly priorities and annual backlog
Partner with UX, Engineering, and Research on feature design
Work with engineering during feature development to ensure feature objectives are maintained
Develop a/b testing plan with analytics
You own this if you have…
1+ years of product management experience or equivalent with technology or ecommerce company preferred
Outstanding academic performance. Bachelors’ degree in math, statistics, finance, economics, or related quantitative discipline is preferred
Basic technical background and understanding of software development principles
Basic knowledge of a/b testing fundamentals
Ability to build relationships cross-functionally with multiple teams from areas such as Analytics, Engineering and User Experience
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
