Job TitleProduct Delivery Analyst, Sr. Advisory
What does a great Product Delivery Analyst, Sr. Advisory do?
You will be part of a dynamic team that develops complex innovative payment services. Responsible for working with our product owners to define requirements, plan and deploy payment tokenization services. Act as the conduit between the Integrated Token Services business customer, architect, product owner and the delivery team. They identify and interpret business need and features; translate them into requirements; and lead the process to visualize, document, and communicate functional product solutions used to design, build, and test the system. Aptitude to self-organize, be a team player and cultivate a sense of team cohesion. The successful applicant will be analytical, adaptable, and a highly proficient self-starter.
The Integrated Token Services (ITS) team develops complex payment services based on tokenization. The team has built a Token Service Provider (TSP) solution and other innovative services for financial institutions and merchants. This is a high performing and collaborative product team that utilizes Agile methodology.
Essential Job Responsibility:
Understanding the current business environment, client and stakeholder requirements and applying this knowledge to ensure that deliverables meet the business requirements.
Understanding the product extensively, being viewed as the subject matter expert.
Writing user stories and detailed business requirements documents
Analyze, negotiate and actively contribute to decisions on requirements. This includes engaging appropriate parties to facilitate the identification of problem and root cause, and facilitate decision making
Provide input into the development/implementation processes to ensure that deliverables meet the business requirements
Analysis of internal and external technical specifications in a variety of standards, including RESTful API, XML, and ISO 8583
Collaborating with developers and testers in development sprints
Planning and performing user acceptance testing
Performing production validation
Building high level use case diagrams, process flow charts, and sequence diagrams
Creating and updating technical product documentation such as Message Specifications
Performing data analysis, resolving data quality issues
Working on vendor integrations
Presenting to client prospects and collaborating with existing clients
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred
5+ years of experience of relevant experience
Business Analysis experience during product development, at a payment network, financial institution, large merchant, or payment processor
Demonstrable ability to analyze technical specifications and complex processes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience working effectively in geographically dispersed teams
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
Digital wallet, payment tokenization experience
Proficiency with Agile methodology
