Gather market information & perform more complex product analyses on assigned products, manage product profitability & monitor financial performance, make recommendations for product enhancements & prepare necessary justification to support product changes. Competencies required include market analysis/research focus, in-depth knowledge of products, a Bachelors degree, & 2-5 years related experience.
Develops and manages complex products in GCSBB. Ensures that product management effort is integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation and customer service. Responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analyses, developing short- and long-term strategies/outlooks for assigned product(s), and designing and tailoring products to meet customers' needs. Competencies required include demonstrated strategic planning/product management skills, strong analytical skills with breadth of view, negotiation skills, and 7 to 10 years of related experience.

Skills and Experience required
7-10 years direct team management background in a sales and/or service environment
10 years of Core Acquiring (Credit/Debit) industry experience
Knowledge of payment interfaces, regulation updates, card updates
5+ years in card product development and product management
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Demonstrated effective communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills.
Effective planning, prioritization and time management acumen.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills - including P&L management and business case development
Demonstrated knowledge of MS office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)
in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, OneNote
Knowledge and experience in payments, merchant services, or related industry sales and consultation.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
