This exciting role supports the Global Merchant Services Marketing team that manages the Company Offers and Registered Card campaigns for the Australian and New Zealand markets. Company Offers is a critical platform to drive Merchant satisfaction and Card Member engagement in the market.
Working closely with GMS Marketing, GMS Client Management, the Registered Card and Governance teams, you will help support the set-up of all our offers in a seamless and organised fashion.
The key tasks of the role will include -
Support Campaign Consultants in preparing campaign management forums with markets
Collaborate with local marketing teams to in optimizing individual campaigns.
Partnering with markets to defining campaign construct and set up requirements
Support capabilities team in testing for project implementations as required.
Provide analytical support to campaign managers / markets to help drive recommendations.
Entering all approved offer details in MDT.
Providing all relevant offer into to Merchant Offer Governance for validation.
Submitting and collating ARB reviews of offers.
Raising all Offer CMS requests.
Testing of email and test links in offers.
Notifying Client Managers once offers are live (for communication to the Merchants).
Coordination of offer reporting back to the Marketing team within SLA.
Additional Responsibilities –
Deliver process efficiencies directly with Partners
Manage process performance reporting
Identify and implement process improvements
The key measures of success will include:
Flawless set up of campaigns with less than 1% of market campaigns generating Operational Risk Events (OREs).
Maintaining and improving Merchant satisfaction as measured through Market NPS.
Identifying opportunities with the Registered Card Team to improve Company Offers speed to market.

Requirements / Competencies:
Experience in one or more of the following areas: campaign management, marketing, project management, risk management and consulting.
Proven ability to develop and leverage relationships
Ability to drive results in an entrepreneurial environment.
Analytical mindset and creative problem solving skills – must be a self starter with ability to work with little direct guidance.
Strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to innovate with no pre-defined roadmap
Excellent communication and presentation skills, collaborating and influencing skills to support projects.
