Process Improvement Associate (PS35949)
Office-Based: Miami, FL
Responsible for reviewing existing processes for improvement opportunities.
Essential duties to include, but are not limited to:
· Performs data analysis. Documents compliance with professional standards.
· Recommends corrective action plans.
· Conducts follow up studies.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Ø High school graduate or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Ø 1-2 years clinical experience required.
Ø Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required. Tact and diplomacy required dealing with varying levels and departments.
Ø Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Ø Proficient computer skills required.
Ø Ability to apply clinical knowledge and interpret patient medical records data and apply to norms also required.
Ø Medicare Part D knowledge required.
Ø Fundamental understanding of prescription processing and prescription benefit management.
