Private Client Service delivers highly customized and comprehensive service to our clients. As a key member of this team, the Relationship Analyst performs a range of activities to assure prompt, accurate and thorough execution of client requests. Additional responsibilities include providing support for the broader client-facing team related to clients’ investment, trust and planning needs.
The primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with Client Service team and internal partners (Operations, Portfolio Management, Strategic Advisory, etc.) to provide comprehensive service to clients.
Handle cash management activities including domestic and international fund transfers, monitoring client cash balances, establishing recurring payments and resolving issues as needed.
Actively support client account maintenance activities including opening new accounts, address changes, online enrollment, etc.
Prepare documents for client signature including investment agreements and subscription and redemption documentation. Electronic filing of executed documents.
Perform general administration including writing and editing correspondence, answering phones, contact data maintenance, etc.
Complete ad hoc client-related projects as needed.
Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years financial industry or client service experience preferred
Highly organized work style; detail-oriented and accurate.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities to meet client demands.
Collaborative team-player; self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Demonstrates tact, discretion and good judgement in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Proficiency in leveraging systems and processes to execute activities with accuracy and efficiency.
Proficiency with M.S. Office suite including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Exhibits excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Eager to contribute and learn, ask questions and provide solutions
Experience with trust administration and/or client account documentation a plus
