The Private Bank Associate role at Company Private Wealth Management is accountable for providing exceptional service to our high net worth clients and is part of our client facing advisor teams. The advisor teams are the face of the Citizen’s Private Wealth business. The Private Client Associate assists the team in new client on-boarding and client retention through day-to day support of client needs. This person will need to understand the wealth management industry and have experience in working with clients on matters related to investments, banking, trust services and financial planning.
The Private Bank Associates's primary responsibility is provide personalized service to our Private Wealth clients for their day to day needs.
Responsible for on-boarding new client relationships, new account applications, and AML requirements
Responsible for supporting client requests related to all aspect of the relationship with Company (Investments & Banking)
Responsible for ensuring all clients are contacted on a recurring basis to ensure that they receive the highest level of service. Logs all activities into CRM system (Salesforce)
Works along with the teams advisors and specialized team members to resolve daily client needs
Provides resources to advisors for the sales process, development of pitch books, performance books, and other client and prospect needs
Expand client relationships through delivery of the broad set of the banks services and capabilities.
Experience working with high net worth individuals
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent client service and communication
Focus on details and accuracy
Tech Savvy and able to work on many systems simultaneously
3 + years experience in Banking and/or Investments
High School diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree preferred (or 3+ years experience)
Hours & Work Schedule:
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
