We are looking for a strong Product Leader who can drive innovation and lead/manage people. As a product leader on the Prime Membership Optimization Journey Team (MOJO), you will invent and build simple, secure Prime experiences across the customer journey that make it easier for members to complete their desired actions.
You innovate to ensure secure interactions and provide the most seamless customer experience. Your will lead a high-visibility Company-wide program and work closely with teams in Prime and with other Company leaders.
When enabling innovative features and capabilities, you are responsible for the end to end lifecycle and impact of the initiative. You bring deep product development expertise, and will lead the full product life-cycle, from ideation / PRFAQ, business requirements, design and UX mockups and close interaction with the Tech team.
You are passionate about customer delight and do not compromise the Customer Experience (CX) for short term gains. As a single-threaded owner, you are trusted to operate with independence. You are able to look beyond individual initiatives and define strategic vision, and own long-term roadmap for Prime Membership Optimization Journey team. You deeply understand your customer, their needs, business landscape, and product functionality.
Direct experience leading the design, requirement analysis, development and launch of consumer software products.
At least 12 years’ experience leading product development with technical products/focus areas, product management, and/or program management.
