Want to help change the future of online commerce? The Fashion product team at Company website is building a new type of customer-centric shopping experience at the intersection of content, commerce, and technology to become the leading fashion authority. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to partner with the Fashion Retail org, owning the end-to-end customer journey from awareness and consideration, through inspiration and evaluation, to purchase and fulfillment.
This role has strong opportunities to innovate, with full support from senior leadership. It requires someone with deep knowledge of the product management process, previous experience crafting end-to-end experiences for the customer, and a unending passion for helping both Company and the customer succeed.
What you'll do:
·Partner with the Fashion Retail team to develop and champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive conversion and repeat purchases for Company website's Fashion customer
·Use customer insights, competitive research, and analytics to identify and validate product opportunities
·Collaborate across product, engineering, design, and research teams to drive product discovery and development
·Partner with platform product teams (e.g. item page, search, checkout)
·Be a driving force with UX and Engineering for scalable, well-crafted, end-to-end experiences
·Partner with Engineering and Analytics to execute with both confidence and a bias for speed
·Work closely with Marketing, the Fashion Retail group, and AB testing teams to launch products and ensure their adoption
·Define, track, and iterate on key product goals
