ABM Practice Manager, Advanced Manufacturing

The Company Account Based Marketing (ABM) Practice is a globally aligned team focused on scalable and repeatable marketing methods to engage with customers across multiple account segments. The ABM Practice facilitates the execution and optimization of programmatic ABM campaigns that target specific segmentations of accounts to deliver specific marketing contribution results to pipeline and revenue. The ABM Practices also coordinates with other account based marketers who focus on the higher touch marketing to one or a few accounts at a time, by providing messaging, assets, and other deliverables that they can weave into their ABM tactics.
Company is hiring an Account Based Marketing Practice Manager for Advanced Manufacturing solutions. The ABM Practice Manager is responsible for leading the implementation for 1-to-many account segmented campaigns as well as the collaboration with ABM managers who drive 1-to-1 and 1-to-few engagements in key design and manufacturing accounts. The ABM Practice Manager will partner with the account based marketers to prioritize resource allocations, and with the industry campaign development team on the right assets and materials to deliver the solution story. The ABM Practice Manager will also participate in tactical projects with internal media partners and the marketing operations and technology team to ensure all current and future campaign needs are met.
Provide updates and guidance to ABM teams about specific capabilities and timelines from Marketing Operations and Technology
Participate in cross functional workgroups in developing strategies, evaluating tech or vendors, and solving for specific operational challenges
Establish workflows for personalization and customization of elements of the tactical mix to tailor execution to the specific needs of multiple tiers of accounts segments
Maintain operational consistency and process documentation including ABM nomenclature and definitions, uniformity of tagging and reporting, implementation guides for campaigns and webinars, and KPIs and dashboards
Maintain accurate and actionable understanding of contact data quality for target accounts lists, and consider the dynamics of our account and industry sales teams
Collaborate with account based marketers on plans for upcoming quarter for targeted list of accounts to align around specific campaigns and priorities
Provide recommendations to account based marketers for tactical and campaign plans to maximize return from available budget, and proactively provide incremental budget priorities to leadership
Execute account specific marketing tactics aligned to both industry marketing and sales strategies for account-appropriate solutions and messaging
Execute budget for key deliverables and marketing tactics, and provide regular accounting to stakeholders
Monitor the delivery and execution of plans, and measure effectiveness of resource allocation, efficiency and ROI to inform any adjustments
Proactively engage with appropriate internal and external teams to analyze the impact of marketing activities, and leverage the latest toolsets for understanding overall account engagement
5+ years B2B demand generation or field marketing experience with proven account based marketing specific knowledge and skills
BA/BS or equivalent work experience
Knowledge and experience with sales and marketing automation tools such as Company website, Marketo, Adobe Audience Manager, Outreach, etc.
