Plus Business and Strategy Lead
This role is primarily responsible for translating the Plus & Verified Listings Program Business Vision and Strategy into a roadmap and operating plan and monitoring its execution. The incumbent will work side-by-side with the Head of Plus to help design and run the operating system and processes for the business, and monitor key projects and programs delivery. This role will also work closely with the Plus leadership team in SF and around the world as well as key teams and leaders across Company.
He/she will be exposed to how executives set vision and strategy and how they evaluate key decisions for the future of the business. The primary focus of the role is to maximize productivity and bandwidth for the Head of Plus through effective time management, project monitoring and prioritization.
The role will be based in San Francisco.
Help run and refine the Plus operating system and cadence in partnership with Plus Leads
Partner with Plus to develop a roadmap for executing the agreed strategy.
Ensure the right meetings take place at the right time with the appropriate agenda to effectively run day-to-day operations. Partner closely with the Executive Assistant for effective time management and prioritization to maximize leadership team productivity.
Drive the process for follow up and follow through on action items that emerge from regular operating forums.
Act as a trusted advisor and facilitator of information coming in, exercising judgement on when topics need to be discussed and decisions need to be made.
Support Plus Leads in cascading key info via weekly updates, email comms, Q&A, world@ meetings, etc.
Provide leverage and bandwidth by leading special projects and initiatives on behalf of Head of Plus.
Prepare strategic documents to present new proposals and updates from Head of Plus .
Maintain confidentiality of the information. The role has access to executive level information and it is vital that confidentiality is maintained.

Successful candidate will be an ultimate host who is able to use judgement and nuance in getting things done on behalf of the Head of Plus without overusing the authority endowed in the role
Desired Qualifications & experience
12+ years of work experience
Business Acumen and experience in working on strategic projects is preferred
Prior experience in Consulting, Project management, Finance or Business planning roles is preferred but not necessary
Process management - Experience with building and maintaining processes is preferred
