About the Role
The People and Culture (P&C) team is looking for a creative, resourceful, and organized People and Culture Coordinator to join the developing team in Plainfield, IN. This role will serve as the "go -to" resource for the warehouse associates and managers for P&C related questions and concerns. You will play a key role in coordinating and supporting hiring events, and all warehouse events. Our P&C team works collaboratively and is known for solving problems and finding solutions—allowing others to do what they do best!

Model and be an ambassador of candidate experience
Partner with your P&C team and hiring managers to coordinate interview scheduling for phone and onsite candidates
Partner with your P&C team to manage, track, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting experience
Always champion the employee experience
Create an environment of “I’m here to help!” and “Let’s find out together” to assist employees with day-to-day questions
Flexibly jump in to help with different company and site initiatives that engage and inspire our people
Create and update communication vehicles throughout the building and help keep employees connected to Company, our Clients, and our Mission & Values
Generate fun at all company events by bringing creative themes to life encouraging participation and partnership.
Support our employees in navigating personal concerns using our benefits including LOA, Worker's Compensation and Employee Assistance Program
Guide the new hires through the onboarding experience ensuring a smooth introduction to the organization.
We’re excited about you because you…
Have 2+ years of experience in a people-focused role; Bachelor or Associate degree a plus
Are a natural problem solver, using sound judgment to creatively remove obstacles and can work independently
Are an expert juggler who is able to ruthlessly prioritize tasks
Have top notch organization skills, a strong attention to detail to develop and execute plans.
Can adapt and adjust plans, as needed, using internal and external inputs
Have proficient experience with Excel and Google Docs
Might be a mind reader - you are consistently able to anticipate needs
Have strong written communication skills (verbally as well as through email and posted signage) and an eye for savvy design
