The Parts Fulfillment Team Lead will be responsible for assigning and monitoring completion of daily tasks for the Spare Parts Fulfillment Team, four hourly employees, at the Agility warehouse. The Spare Parts Fulfillment Team manages the fulfillment of spare parts demands for engine, packaged parts for external, internal, domestic and international customers and engine parts for JV shops.
Ensure on-time delivery of spare parts orders by interfacing with the Channels and Aero Alliance shop teams to clearly understand requirements and expectations while partnering closely with sourcing, receiving, warehouse, shipping, and logistics to ensure on time delivery (OTD)
Drive process improvements to achieve customer satisfaction and meet operational goals which include OTD and past due lines variance-to-want. Lead and drive planning, expediting and delivery of new parts within a timely manner in support of all spare parts demands
Perform fulfillment activities for customers individually when needed including order management, expediting material through part setup, sourcing, warehouse and logistics to meet customer needs
Management of Short Cycle order parts demands. Resolve conflicts between requested parts needs & part availability as well as the coordination of parts transfer from suppliers
Guide team to think critically when making cost related decisions that relate to expedite fees, special handling cost, freight and Minimum buys
As Oracle Super-User, be the primary resource for all Order management, Inventory management and Oracle related training as well as key member of R12 upgrade team
Identify and resolve Foxtrot related issues on Aviation pricing, PO placement to Aviation, non-prime parts, customer GTA setups
Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college or 5 yrs of relative experience in Parts Fulfillment and/ or materials
Minimum of 4 years of Parts Fulfillment and / or materials experience with cross-functional exposure (Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Warehousing teams)
